“The staff forgot to put a blanket or comforter on our bed. Went to the front desk and they had a sign on the counter to call this number if no one was there. I wanted to talk to someone from the staff to make sure that they knew what was missing. In retrospect I wanted to make sure that I wouldn’t be charged for the missing cover. “The first room we were assigned was dirty and there was a ton of garbage behind the table in between the beds. The hotel staff was not the most friendliest when checking out. The beds are NOT soft at all!! ”

In the bathroom, the bottom of the shower curtain was stained with mold and it had this old-aged smell rather than a “clean” smell. “Terrible experience, i was given a room with a hole in the main door ( didnt fix the peephole ) , i was offered another room but was occupied! And offered 3rd room and wasn’t cleaned! Terrible experience , cancelled my reservation and got full refund ”
